Hannah Sider is a photographer I just happened to stumble across whilst looking through Tumblr. I saw one of her images that linked to her website and I then scrolled through to see what other work she has done and if it fitted into the style of work I was doing. The image below was the original photo I saw that caught my eye. The parts of this image that appealed to me were the really bold colours in her lipstick. I also really like the distance between the subject and the camera, I feel its the right amount for the viewer to see the whole image without feeling overwhelmed by it.
I'm sure whether to put the vignetting around the edges like in the image above or not and keep it just fully white like on the other image below this. I'm going to look into the different effects you can use on capture one and see if any of them appeal to me. Again I really like the boldness of this image because to me it would stand out in a gallery if it was hung on the walls.
